Description
The verse is engraved on 16 inch by 8 inch (400mmx200mm) slate or oak. Both are native Irish material. The verse celebrates the centenary of the 1916 rising. The verse tells the story from the rising to the present day. The writing is a permanent fixture and they can be handed down from generation to generation.
